Playing a game

Sonic the hedgehog

Then I thirst

 

Pressing the pause button

Walking lazily to the kitchen

Pour some water

Walk back ove

Cold water in my stomach

 

Press play

I see

Myself on the

screen

 

Want to scream

afraid someone

will hear me

Keep quiet and

stare

 

Then i realize

Life

its a game

day to day

 

we play a

constant

video game

We dont have

 

3 chances

one false move

and we are dead

This poem is deep, At first i must admit, i thought it was gonna be a silly poem about Sonic the Hedgehog, but, its philosophical prowess is awesome! And it shows the futility of life is awesome!

in this game of life...there is no false move...no pause, even a restart is hard... choices are what defines our everyday lives..so choose to play it wisely...
