The day part 2

*Brookes POV*

        I nearly have a heart attack when I hear screaming. I look around and realize that Maria is goe. Maddie is the first one around the corner. I hear what sound like a karate ,ovie. Lots of things breaking. Then I see Maria, in the arms of the two workers and her boyfriend Blake. I stand up but Atumn shoves past me to help.

        I can see Autumn fighting and I go over to help when she receives a blow to the gut. When I lean over to help her, the one with brown hair, DIllion kicks me in the gut. I collapse over wheezeing and coughing in pain.

        I start to feel dizzy. Coughing more and more. I see that a few drops of blood start to spew oit of my mouth. I hear Penny screaming. I start to stand, my legs are so weak and wobbley. Someone kicks me knocking what little wind I had out of me.  

        The last thing I hear before going out was a shot blasting thorugh the air.

*Pennys POV*

        Oh man oh man oh man. My sisters are probably kidnapped or even worse dead. And what am I doing, just sitting here and hoping they can't see me. I start to stand up to go help them when I see Brooke go down. She is coughing up blood. I stand up and start to walk toward her.

        "Hey beautiful, come on over here." the man with brown hair says. Him and two other men start to walk toward me.,

        "What the HELL did you do to my sisters?" i scream hoping someone can see this, or at least hear me.

        "Shut up!" the one with black hair says, reaching over to slap me. I wince at the pain, trying to remain strong. Then he punches me, in the chest, making me lean over and fumble to the ground.

        I close my eyes to make it seem like i was knocked out. The two men have a fight.  I can't make out most of the argument. My head is throbbing while I try to find my cellphone.

        The two men are grabbing for something that is small and black. I move my head slightly and I see that it is a gun. I resist the urge to scream or even move.

        Oh…my…God…

        The fight is getting more and more intense the gun fumbling around in the hands of the men. The next thing I know is that I hear an explosion. I glance down at my stomach and see a pool of red liquid forming.

        I just got shot.

        Nobody comes and helps me. I just lay there bleeding. People walk by and they don't notice a teenage girl bleeding to death on the ground. I try to scream but blood comes out instead of words.

        I will protect you guys.

        And then…I feel this peace. My soul floats out of my body, and I drift away in the breeze. I try to get back into my body. The wind is to strong for a soul. I push and push.

        So close Penny. Come on! You can do this!

        And then the world changes, and I am absorbed in a pillar of light.
