Lets Play Chess (Comedy)

A Poem by Marquise

This b***h is good...
Is that the same dress
I bought her last christmas?!?
And no... those aren't the same
Red Mahogany high heels
she wore on our first date!?

Oh... this b***h is good.....
She moves right in position
In the adjacent corner of the room
Making sure she's right in my vision

Heh, I know you still want me....
I mean
Look at all the trouble you went though
Dropped 15 pounds
New hair-do...
New attitude...

You must enjoy all the compliments
our friends are giving you.
Well damn, are they in on it, too???

I know that fake laugh when I hear it
Pretending life is so good cause I'm not in it
Or so that's what your body language is saying
But I know that you know better
Stop playin'...

Please, I know you still want me
I was the best thing since sliced bread
White bread or Wheat.
I hear Wheat's better for you
But everyone hasn't had a slice of me..
And you have...

Fuc k you and your tight calves
Your manicured nails and your tight phat a*s
I'm becoming more annoyed with each laugh
I know you see me...
So drop the Act
Make eye contact
and let the games really begin

Ha!!
This b***h is GOOD!
And now she hugs some dude
who just walked in the room
I'm tappin' my boi's like
"yo.. look at this noodle"
Dawg, I should boil him and make soup!

Thanks for the laugh boo
Now thank your play cousin for
puttin' on that stacey adams suit
and pretending to be with you

But...
Wait...
I don't think I gave that ring to you...
or those ear rings...
that bracelet...
Uh..
mothaf*ck&a!!
Did...
Did he just kiss you???

I don't consider myself a writer because I don't write often, but I have trouble putting words together when I want to express myself verbally. Writing is the one way I can do this successfully. I lov.. more..
