Train Wreck

Train Wreck

A Poem by honeycomb

You feel it pulling, it holds you back

It has you tied down to the tracks

And the train is coming full speed ahead

The train is coming full speed again.

Last time you got lucky, but luck always runs out

You always thought it was kind of funny,

Nothing to be concerned about.

Fuel the fire, fan the flames

Take one more hit, see what remains.

You use your heart, now use your brain

Keep fueling the fire, keep fanning the flames.
