That nightA Poem by marlayesterdayThat night
The moon grew red as
we made our bed, upon the soft, damp
moss. I know you're for me
and forever will be, no matter what the
cost. You whisper softly,
love words lofty and I believe your
heart is true. As long as there's
you, you will I pursue, in all of life we go
through. We love and explore,
all I have is yours, your delight is what I
live for. Oh sweet night, by
that pale moon light, on love's forest
floor.
You
kiss my face with the most calm grace Hands
gently stroking, on my tears I am choking For
your touch, gentle as a dove. I
cannot bear when you leave me there, Love
cannot take this torture. Now
your kisses grow hot, an arrows true shot like a summers day, a scorcher. and
you tell me you are mine. Nothing
can contain this passion in rein, In
this forest we've become a vine. © 2012 marlayesterdayAuthor's Note
