Written for a contest

together,   grow,   bright,  reflections,  other,  eyes,   sleeping,  throats,  question,  infected

Other sleeping eyes

Together grow bright

As reflections of  infected questions

Sting their throats.

I dunno. Maybe I'm missing something. How do "sleeping eyes" grow together bright? You know me. Just asking.

Great job, Mark! (I believe those infected questions would sting my throat, too)

What a brilliant use of the 10 words within forty! You've managed to make sense, to write something more than just a hugger-mugger of letters .. and to boot, at the end, made me laugh .. this probably wasn't your intention but due to my warped sense of humour.

Great contribution to the contest.

Powerfully expressed, Mark. You connect the words perfectly and give them a new voice.

What a great way of using all those words in such a short verse. It conjures up an interesting scenerio in my mind. Nicely done, my friend.

And very well written too.. In such a small scribe I can see boundless talent!
