A Promise of Ice and Fire *discontinued*A Story by A.A.SolisThis is something I worked on quite a bit ago. I really have no clue if I will finish it or not. Very wordy..but I kind of like it.That night I dreamt of how I felt deep down. A mirror perhaps" an eerie façade of a smile stared back at me. What was this? Hell? Had I finally stumbled upon a threshold I knew nothing of? That ghost of a laugh echoed deep into my core. His smile remained engraved in the concrete of my subconscious… -*-*-*-*- The room was filled with color: shades and hues of turquoise and scarlet bounced among the curtains in silhouettes. Others with pale skin moved in and out of the room in a haze: and what were their intentions and goals? Who was I? Contradictory to their skin, my shone in a gold, darker color. Wrapped around my head were crystals, diamonds, and blue topaz - all entwined in sterling silver, gently placed around my forehead. It was a diadem; crown, if you will.
