Poem describes the pain left from a mother that committed suicide. Close to heart this came.

Not Forgotten

I have many sorrows in my life
Days of regret
Days of question
Iv seen untold horrors
Ive tasted jealousy
Depression is nothing to play with
And deep woods leave deep scars
Touchy subjects leave no room for error
Such anger that can rise about
I haven't spoken of these things
But they are not a lost memory
They have not been forgotten
Blame has been put on many
For a choice that she willingly made
Death before life
Instead of life before death
I have not forgotten
I just mumble in low tones
Into deaths ears--I scream
Into the night--I walk
Holding my head high
Because you are not forgotten
