I WANT YOU HERE

I WANT YOU HERE

A Poem by Marimartha Mardynz

All I ever wanted,
was to have you always.
On each day of my life.
Special or not.
To love and to hold.
I want you here Mama
when I have my last Exam
here when i graduate
and get my first Job.
I want you here Mama,
when i earn My first salary.

All I ever wanted Mama
was for you to be here
the day I got married
to have you with me,
when I had my first child
and my second to my last.
I just wanted you with me
and i still want you mama.

I just wanted you to grow so old,
with me by your side.
Loving you and caring for you
the way you did me.
All i ever wanted,
was to have you here
till the day i took my last breathe.
And i hate that you passed on so early,
I want you here Mama.
If i could only find a way how.

Oh my dear I am so sorry for your loss! You have written a beautifully loving poem about your Mom and I can feel the deep love you had for her. Keep writing it out...it may help. You are in my prayers. ~Sharon
