unloved forever

well   the beautiful sparkling seem to win love

regardless of status

regardless of age

they are  pampered and

adored

given trinkets 

garlands 

and 

attention

arms

and heart

with promises of a love

that will neer depart

the ones who never have had love

know not 

how to find it

where or how

they go it alone

with courage

and  sadness

mixed into

resignation

that life can not be

just getting off

at the love station

Oh...the last line...Marilyn I again stick to my earlier saying that always get something to learn from you....
And I guess the one who never gets love isn't always cold hearted...rather should say they shower more love than the one who gets love....cause they know it's absence and lack in life (the fastest car!)..

i agree with your wise comment.. never had a cold heart may have other faults like disorganization and not looking '' cool'' the more i gave the more i ultimately got rejected.. life is like that.

This is an amazing comparison of these two different kinds of lives. I can definitely see how this might seem to be the case for some & you've shown it in original & vivid ways. I'll never forget my much older sister (18 years) told my 20-something self about how to "catch a guy" -- her method was to put on an act & so her many marriages didn't last too many years each, since she didn't maintain the act after taking the vows! By the way, I don't know how to play this game & never tried! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

A hard topic Marilyn. When I was young. I chased love like a fool and I could not find love. When I gave-up. Love found me. I believe love must accepted by two. Love need two people in the someplace wanting the same things. Need luck and chance. Thank you for sharing the amazing words and thoughts.
