a once upon a time motherA Poem by marilyn 1225change is the one certain thing in life someone wise, my dad, would tell me
kids jumping high, throwing juice on the sofa, running and running around the house.. howling with joy, taking books and toys , playing and throwing, smiling and grinning and eating some more.. noise level high, mothers sigh
yet in a wink of an eye those days they disappear-- they never will return those noisy, hectic loving days travel far and remove the priceless childhood stars in time an alone once mother retires to a computer in utter silence -- with memories and feelings to capture if not to physically capture her kids again to instead-- write and write till there is no longer a break in her heart but instead a telling written (daily or nightly ) different start marilyn nepp sturner 2018 jan 9 © 2018 marilyn 1225Featured Review
