just a little something ....

copd

to breathe

in  out and with a deeper breath, yet another

to end the suffocation

of the morning trial

lying flat at night  

leaves the lungs  tightly  wrapped-

so

inhale  on the inhalers

get up and breathe oh so much better

thankful for the day at hand

 without the restricting rubber band

I hope this isn't your reality of one of your loved one's! I think not being able to breathe might be the scariest sensations & you've conveyed that sense of constantly having to maintain an acceptable level of oxygen when most people don't even have to think about breathing. you are one of the kindest people.... thank you for all of your reviews my vow in 2018 is to tell it like it is.. even to tell off hurtful people without hedging.. etc etc and since i had a very hard time this morning, thought i would write about it.... why not we all have '' stuff'' as we go thru the days... hugs and thanks M
