Such a dark ending. The last part makes me think of an alcoholic. Actually, all of it does. The drinker thinks of the good and bad times long past. Reflects upon it all and attempts to drink it away. His or her sorrow burns going down. Tears in a liquor bottle. Good read.

The heart experiences seasons too. Rain, wind, storms are bound to occur freely on their own. I like this.

i don't think we can help being self-possessed....it is the way life is...we experience and we process, then we react and do the best for others...but at the same time taking care of ourselves.
