just because

Sometimes i believe that sitting here and filling up this white box is self indulgent,

when the world  is in agony that  is not imaginable,

and in comfort , with food and water

here i sit, putting an emotion or thought onto this page

to share and to just write

it is selfish and not in touch with reality

when just  writing about self,

 my own love, my own happiness , my own pain or  fear

so again, here i sit, with the warm sun on an early morning November

day

dwelling on tomorow

and another birthday

thinking of the times,  will it inevitably be:good and horrid,

sordid and blissful,

joyful and jointful

opposites at every angle

Yet there is the angel

right now in my life

that angel, perhaps, guiding me

to type, to write, to sing ,to blush

and to just flow-- with the big world,

with the  wee  world-- AND WITH  the 

 love,

so..

naturally.....  nov 3, 2017     refelctions on coming of age

We all have our crosses, problems, some we share some are kept hidden away for fear of them seeming to trivial to bother others.
Life, especially when lonely can seem an awful bind, but we live in hope that better times are just around the next corner

THE PROBLEM with this wonderful writers' cafe is that it at least for me... is like a diary of my feelings acute pain , joy or misery should it be hidden and not bothering the readers i write to let it out, but i agree with you we all have our crosses to bear
i am paying the price for writing the short poem about refilling or hoping some day to have life better was called more than a w***e by someone i gave my love al beit soul to , yet by reading this, he cursed me with his knife.. so should i write on here or as u say , keep it hidden??
