Is an umbrella keeping in
Or keeping out?
Forbid my hair turn into
Frizz curlettes
or designed
For mop water
Fresh coat of make-up
path to destruction
Down my face
Perhaps few drops in my
Shade of blue eyes
Down the nape
Of my neck in
An icy cold rush.
Or perhaps
I shall enjoy
Freshness on my tongue
scintillating puddles
On my arms in
Soft silk sateen
Tickling my cheeks
drenching my clothes
Through to my soul
Swelling laughter
In childish delight.
