You're always a mess 

You screw up things

You couldn't care less

Your mood always swings

You make me feel bad

But I can never stay mad 

I think about it all the time

Letting go never leaves my mind

Every second of everyday 

I get back to point zero

Maybe you just wanted to play

Maybe you're not that hero

One last chances never end

And all you did is make my heart bend

Where is this taking us

I'm fed up with all of this...

A nice simple little poem, expressing an all too common approach to love. It takes a strong resolve to sit down and examine our emotions, and the beliefs that motivate holding on to often contra-survival attitudes.
