A mysterious world

A mysterious world

A Poem by Princess152
"

The image of what heaven will be like, and Gods response to me.

"
As I look around
this unfamiliar place

I see no one
only his holy face

lights shining
oh so bright

with glitter sparkling
in the day light

the golden beams
and platinum seams

cotton wool like atmosphere
i breathe
deeply

diamond throne of pure existence
Violet Velvet robes capture my soul

as i see four white doves
fly ahead in the distance

Wait for me, I shout and cry
but
nothing
no reply

everything is perfect
and so sacred

i hear a voice up ahead
you are clean
new
and full of life
welcome home my child

Now I know what to expect when I get there. Beautifully done! Your visual is perfect. You got away from the rhyme scheme you had in the opening stanzas, which was a little off-putting, but as I read on, your lovely words made it no longer matter. Well done!
