footnote to our weekend

footnote to our weekend

A Poem by marcia

when you wrap your arms around me and by your love i am surrounded
the fluttering butterflies in belly settle and for once i feel grounded
clouds of emotions and anxieties that surrounded me for years
when u hold me the cornish tide that suffocated me just disapears
i love you willber more than poems could describe
its the beauty of this relationship on which my spirit thrives
how special this love is and strong enough to survive all the pain
we're not even half way there yet and we've still so much to gain
tears i have bled from my heart that is you
only exsist because my love for you is true
and when we fear and have worries and its been a hard day
as we lye il still wriggle my bum back to receive your love always
