I like the personification in your haiku, which shows me a new point of view . . . never thought about how boats in the harbor are somewhat imprisoned! Even tho your poem suggests that this could be a dull or restricted scenario, I find myself wondering what sea creatures accompany the boat, making it more free & interesting than it might sound, at first read *smile*
