little voiceA Poem by manchilld99little voice be still your musings seem shrill against the clamor and importance of voices bigger and louder and better hush now, little voice in this you have no choice un-splendored in loquaciousness you lack tonal elegance and your rhythms are not pleasing shush and be at ease will you be quiet please the world moves bigger faster today’s tumult bodes our future proclaimed in loud exclamation why do you persist and upon speaking insist when you know we have not time nor patience nor leisure to dally in trifling things speak little voice if you must project yourself and thrust upon us something of great import and please do it quickly quickly for I sense bad news afoot and there is no time to waste why are you so loud your little voice so proud but wait it’s only you I hear to fad and fashion have vanished that which we once heard so plain little voice little voice i hear you may i rejoice in the clarity you bring to the disorder of an order that fell mute amidst its own chatter © 2011 manchilld99Featured Review
