kimah

kimah

A Poem by mamewhit

in the beginning,
heaven and earth were separated,
drawing in the breath of life,
as angels take your wife.

one wisdom, word, and spirit, caught in a duel.
fighting great monsters deep in the cosmic sea,
dragons in the waters of chaos,
boiling in lapis lazuli.

seven heavens in the sky fight the foe,
the sailing queen and her daughters,
flashing tempers of thunder and lightning,
chasing starlight afterglow.

count the antediluvian aeons on the kimah,
when they fall i need a drink of water,
when they rise my cold soul sleeps,
the third war of the gods ends with amnesia.

protected from naked eye,
one sister guides the others,
sun face and amber bright,
lady of the heavens says let there be.

wrapped in myth,
standing on shoulders of giants,
the bee eater comes eloquently gathering one hundred stars,
crucifying the earth on the galactic cross.

found in the valley of gehenna,
the ouroboros without further adieu,
until death do us never part,
using solomon’s key to the sephirot.

rise to dance with the pleiades,
warming the universe with sacred fire,
bringing the world to come,
the world with no sea.

in time, no time, the thin veil between,
two worlds protected with primrose.
the door knocker hung with garlands of mayday,
ribbons on the pole weave the tree.

from the center of the milky way, comes the serpent holder,
precession at 23.5 degrees, the true cross in the eight spoke wheel,
ophiuchus on his tail, the divine snake charmer.
the returning of the thirteenth, explodes the superbubble apart.

on the mountaintop of precious stones,
as it morphs, the benu bird eats its heart.
the healer asclepius finds peace in wisdom.
we swim in the river of the water of life, flowing from under his throne.
