Whether I do or not, it's my choice

Don't worry about my facial expression, look into my eyes
That's where the truth of the matter lies

Don't worry about my strength, I don't just fight for myself
I fight for you, for everyone else

Don't worry if I'm threatened, because I've almost been killed
And even then, my heart would not be stilled

The people in my life mean everything to me
It's all right here, how can one not see

Don't worry if you have a nightmare, or just a bad dream
Because not everything is as it seems

So when the world is rushing and you're in a hurry
Just remember my words-don't worry

I really like this piece of ink. It takes a look at both the view and the quiet whisper behind the view of many moments in life. It shows of a journey where one has learned from their experiences and knowns they are strong enought to continue standing no matter the trees that may fall into the road. It's a piece that speaks to the worry in others, saying, "It will be alright, I'll make it through." It offers an insight to have peace of mind in those we hold dear.
