Changes Through Cycle

Changes Through Cycle

A Poem by M. A. Kilcorse
"

Watching the seasons pass year after year.

"
A crystal ear listening through my window,
Searching for sound and colorful vibrations,
Misses the beauty of collision around me.
The sweet chaos of organic destruction.

But a ray of sun emerges,
And falls upon the rich soil.
A little seed, spurting with life;
Takes roots, lives, then withers.

Winter, Spring,
Summer, and Fall,
And you still can't leave a message.

Nothing left...
For you to call
Just let me watch the seasons.

About
I use writing not just as an escape, but as a construct. To see non-physical ideas take life in the form of places and people is the magic and mystery of creative writing. more..
