A Poem by amomentforus

A muddled man half full

Were we stars before this?

Or did ash just turn to dust

And back again we ran

Down soiled lines in suits too big

But that seemed to suit us just fine

Was it all going to happen again?

If we were ever to go back

I’d kiss your palms and bite my neck

I think we loved each other before this

And now I think you could love me back
