This is a simple call to pause, and not always act impulsively, things are not always as they seem

Things are not always as they seem
the highs are not as high as they seem
the lows, never as low as they appear
Do not be too centered on the emotional aspect of events
for that grants emotions the power to control you
Patience however gives you that extra pause to appreciate life as it should be
Patience has the power to let you see that what you have is worth fighting for

How many times has something happened and you either get too excited or the opposite, your emotions run you into a low state, depression. Take the time to stop for a second, you will always find middle ground that is even more enjoyable
