Rain

Rain depicts life in both the phases of life - being grey it depicts gloominess and being aromatic resembles the feeling of joy and hopefulness during times of pessimism

I arose to this dark skies that seemed crying

every droplets on earth that came flying

ushered with hissing winds to keep alive this morning

I peeped through the glazed windows

to witness this phenomenon of nature

could barely resist the notions from my soul that kept arising

How different was this rain 

from the one that kept me miles away from pain

when the fragrance of burning soil

got that soothing texture of dripping rain

when kids cheered with joy superseded the ploy

kept jumping on the terms hydro-planning and splashing

it is being said what we see is what we get 

the euphoric state of mind worth defying

The earthy nature when rain visits is a soothing smell and feel for the nostrils........an inhale is a clesnser, an exhale pain is gone!
