The Puzzle of Life

The Puzzle of Life

A Poem by magicwhisper

It’s all planned out

But you never find out why

Not until right at the end

When your life flashes before your eyes

And like a jigsaw everything fits together

So why may i ask do we try to fit the pieces together, jamming two pieces together thinking they fit

Just because it looks and feels so right

And does that mean if you try to hard the pieces get damaged?

So then they will belong nowhere

When you look back and see the pieces

And you see something that looks so right but others disagree

So they change it around and at the time you may agree but soon you start to question it

But by then it’s to late, that piece has long gone and you will always wonder what if

And even though you long for that piece for a while

You have to carry on fitting the other pieces

Even if you always wonder about the piece that has left

Because right at the end everything fits together

And what you thought was a big piece was really just tiny

But it’s all about the puzzle

The puzzle of life
