A Poem by L West
"

Who hasn't wondered if they have a purpose?

"

As I exist in this illimitable, mighty world:
among celestial grains of sand
, rushing clouds,
my minute figure trembles from the sounds unfurled
from roaring planets.  I do not compare to the Louds
and Brights: man's city voices reverberate
mechanically, whose ticks exceed my apperception.
And at universities where our leaders matriculate,
I stand in awe and apprehension.

Because proximity and admiration
of Glory  do not a happy creature make,
Inferiority, that cruel occupation,
from a quiet life all joy and pleasure takes.

But oh, what a perfect sunrise is one touch, my love, from you
and the song of my valued Heart happily beats away anew.

I adore it. Actually, I can't think of anything else to say. I don't see any mistakes or anything - the flow is lovely, the words fit perfect and it all conveys emotion so well. Bravo.
