Essence

Essence

A Story by Galldora King
"

A description of the moon: Whenever I think of the midnight blue this picture comes to my head.

"

I see a blue moon in a black night and its just so pretty. There is a magical effect to it. It’s beautiful. Almost dark. But soooooooo beautiful. I see the evil in it but I also see hope. I see willingness and simplicity. Its quiet yet loud. Starving yet sound. The Shinning Armor reveals itself to the people who can dream. Who can love. The moon saves us from sorrow yet gives us enough of it to make us complete. Complete in its pit less sentiment. The true beauty lies in its pure essence. The essence that can overpower anything.

A wondering day

A lazy duke

Outside the house

On a terrace

Looking up

The way the winds moved so swiftly

Casting a shadow on all beings

The moon letting out a sliver of light

Every breath that chilled the lungs

Every star that lit the world

So sweet was the night

As all beings slept

In the beam of content

It could have been mistaken

For a moonless night

A nice little descriptive story of that big face in the sky. I liked it and the words fell in good combination. Liked it.
