Wish

Try it anyway, because I truly know it works... It's worth it

Everybody knows that wishing isn't always enough.

. . .

But sometimes its all we can do.

Sometimes you can look at the sky.
Yell up at god and start to cry.
All he does is for better or worse.
But trust me my dear, life's not a curse.

You didn't choose the life you live.
You take what you get and then leave what you give.
But some days you get a little less than you gave.
Your heart runs to hide in its dark empty cave.
You stay away from the light, you never give in.
You walk out the door, with that fake plastic grin.
Make a wish, have a hope, and keep the faith too.
Because sometimes, we know, it's all you can do.
