It's not about "All i have"
It's about what i won't give up.
You're in the center of that.

Soul mate,
those two can't encompass what you are
to me.
I fall asleep on your eclipsed words.
In my head you soar
all kindess and love.
Your dreams were the stitches
to that quilt that keeps me
warm and untouchable.

There is a ocean between me
and my other loved ones.
It's because i'm waiting for you.
Because i'm waiting to tell you
that i don't need you to save me.
"If you save yourself
I'll save you always"
Remember?
I do.

And I've changed.
At least I think I have.
I'm stronger now.
I'm ready for you.
I'm not scared to lose you
to anything.
You'll never really be that far away.
Just a leap of love.
Just a trip, skip, and a burst of blood.

I'm not going to let the static of your quiet
keep me deaf.
