I paid for this cage

Nothing new.
just sawing my bones in two.
takes twice the effort
and half the heart.
tell me that you love me
in this cage.
with teeth and decay.
my fingers can't reach between the
bars.
and i found something that feels
so f*****g
sharp.
it takes my breath away
just like you used to.
oh sweet,
i can forget
but my soul can't forigve.
maybe it's nothing.
but i think
my wedding dress is on fire.
and you put me up in that
ferris wheel
and out of your sight.
the salt from the ocean
and everything
you couldn't fix with my needle and thread...
well, it's all sort of eating at me now.
i'm just a milkbone to all these mon[STARS]
