Moonlight

Your breath warm upon my neck,

our hips along with our hearts

are aligned .

You whisper dreams and aspirations

I block out the the day that pierces lacey curtains

We ignore time

I attempt to capture this moment,

moments where despair and pain,

no longer exist.

To live in moments of admiration and peace

As we begin our days

we shall keep those moments tucked away

but alive in our soul.

Sheltered from this world

Until the day is gone

and the moonlight lights our path

and guides us home.
