Nurturing rays.

Your hands are rough and strong

From the home you have built.

Your feet sunburned, toasted reddish brown beautiful

With the glimmer of gold from your

Toe ring. 

I thank God for choosing me

When planning for you. 

Your altruism shakes my heart awake,

It too often nods off. 

Look at my hands, 

Grievously smooth, naive.

Look at my feet, 

A toe ring flashes gold, hopeful.

This is a little different. People often don't look at feet, as if they're the most disgusting part of the human body. I do, though. I always look at girl's feet for some odd reason, see what color she painted her toes, how well clean they are, and if there's a toe ring I might look at that too.
