Humming pain -- the thoughtless one. Devoid of any hiatus that will lend relief, To its victim that quietly suffers from its Perseverance. Waves brought upon the shore retreat in lengths, That give it a blissful look at the sun. Yet I experience no look, For my sight is blinded by this Sinister ache, always.
I used to get growing pains all the time. I hated them. They did ache as hell. But there is also another type of growing pain that you have to experience on your own...actually becoming an adult. It's not a physically pain, more mentally and emotionally. The pain of this is that your childhood is gone, and you have to move on and be a responsible adult. Very good concept you have here.

a precise and refined reflection of what follows a loss. the form you used is a peculiar one but you've def made it work. the enticing abyss of depression; the melancholy, and as you put it; the sinister ache. It shuts off all enjoyment of the present moment.
