Sea of Shadows

Sea of Shadows

A Poem by To be scene To be heard

Ice salty tears.
Fall to the ground.

Flowing from my eyes.
A never ending waterfall.

But this isn't a beautiful sight.
The pain is over barring.

I've casted you off.
Into the Sea of Shadows.

Where my lost loves lies.
Ripping at one another.

There black piercing eyes striking me.
Shelton hands reaching for my flesh.

I turn away and find you.
I've never loved until I met you.

Never caught a glimpse of its magic.
Of is overflowing power.

It was to much.
I couldn't hold on.

You got to close.
To that dreadful edge.

I blew a silent wind.
That casted you off.

Into the dark and lonely sea....

This is beautiful poetry. Using the sea to make your point. I like the feel of sadness and the desire to release the pain into the wind and the sea. Thank you for the outstanding poem.
