Today

Today I met a guy, knowing the time was right.
Today I got a friend who understands my fight.
Today I met someone who knows about broken hearts because he has one too.
Today I got to share a story that was once a peice of myself that was covered In dust.
Today I got the meaning of life evening the part about lust.
Today I woke up wanting to just give up, until I found some hope floating around.
Today my life will change, instead of broken hearts, everything starts.
