Incase You Needed To Know

You are a rare breed, an

individual who needs to know

that there are cracks in your smile

and a wall around your heart.

And someday someone

is going to see the cracks in your

smile as just more room for their love

and the wall around your

heart as protection from getting hurt.

They will think that you are brave

and bold and worth so much more

than you give yourself credit for.

You are a new moon in the pitch black

night and someone somewhere

is looking in the darkness to find you.
