What do words really mean?

Words.

They can mean nothing.

Words.

They can cause tears.

Words.

Can mean the world.

Words.

Or they can tear you apart.

Words.

One of man's greatest gifts.

Words.

And one of our worst curses.

Words.

Good verses evil, all in one

Word.

I know "word" is not a sentence.... It's part of the deep, intellectual meaning.

Dove, this is a poem. I have never used sentences with my poems. I use 'lines' which, to me, are random words munched together.

It's a thoughtful write and well expressed. Nicely done.

Word = a slang meaning as well... as in a testament of TRUTH by the individual that uses it. So it CAN be a sentence...
