The Monster Paper

The Monster Paper

A Poem by Rebecca
"

This is a very old poem I wrote when I was way younger. It's incredibly stupid, but still rather funny occasionally.

"

"It's a funny story..."

said the student to his teacher,

"I wrote that essay you wanted

'bout the lochness monster creature,

then I was called for dinner

so I left it on my desk,

four pages worth of writing

and I only did my best,

after dinner I came upstairs

and found them on the floor,

'curious' I thought

as I went to shut the door,

*gasp* my pets, they have all disappeared,

no fish, no bird, no frog,

I think that I should tell you, teacher,

that my homework ate my dog."

Ha ha! Very funny, and an excellent punchline at the end. Lovely work.
