m’s poem

m is someone i’d rather not know. not an ex, just so we’re clear

the poets cry sweet tears of joy,

your words a work of art.

“i will love you in a year,” 

they say,

“for you have spoken to my heart.”

If your words can pluck the heart strings of another poet’s heart, then you have surely made an impression. That of course can be both a blessing and a curse, Mabel Mae, depending on circumstances :)
