Crimson Tide

Crimson Tide

A Poem by Justin Fearn
"

11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month - lest we forget!

"

Upon this pleasant and tolerant land,
The towers of establishment bleed with Spector
s from empire past.
The waves, suffocating - remorseless,
This crimson tide, waning but so briefly beneath the high tide mark.
Remember, oh remember the blood stained
establishments mark.

This is the third of your poems I read... there's an overtone or undertone to all of them and a very nice style that is your very own. Great job. :)

Wow, this is good really good!

"Crimson Tide" < it reminded of the High School that I attended for 11th grade.

Nicely done, thank you for sharing!
