What would I tell her.

What would I tell her.

A Poem by Miles W.
"

Basically a poem I thought of the thought process that I might go through if I ever told somebody I loved them.

"
How would I tell her,
That I cared with all my heart
About her.
How would I tell her?
Would I say that she has great hair?
Or maybe that she knows what to wear?
Perhaps I could recite a poem
or a sonnet, or a romantic tome.
Maybe I could give her a bouquet,
of roses and other things I picked that day.
Maybe I could sing a song
like a serenade from days long gone.
Or maybe I could be me
And tell her what I really think.
I think that she is a wonderful human being
With a heart for the Lord that simply just sings.
Her smile is amazing to see.
It shows a heart with willingness to be.
A devotion to the Lord like none I've ever seen.
And such intellect, so keen.
But in the end it comes down to one thing.
I love her, because her heart makes me sing.

She knows the truth. She has seen the poem and given me an answer. Read "The Circle is Complete" to get an understanding of what happened.

That look in your eyes and the smile on your lips when she catches you quietly staring at her speaks volumes. You’ve already told her many sweet things!

It is a really fascinating poem. But what you have missed is proper rhyming scheme. The poem should be more musical.

Such a beautiful poem! It's kinda funny how we can write paragraphs declaring our love for a particular person but then when you see them face to face it's difficult to be the first person to utter the words " I love you"

"I love her, because her heart makes me sing"
So very beautiful. One thing I would fix though, would be the word flow. Because It is free verse, things can always get smoother.
But great job! I'll have to read the part 2!

Well done my friend, every time I read one of your writings I learn something new and unique.
You have done amazingly well in describing your emotions. It seemed to me like you were singing it.
Now I am going to read "The Circle is Complete" because I want to know her reactions after reading this beautiful poem.
