Self-Compassion

Self love
Does not happen in a vacuum
But does that mean
I need other's compassion?

It ain't the move....

Empathy is feeling
That which others feel
A connection
To someone else

Or is it a connection to yourself?
Looping through the human experience?


There is to be found great self-compassion
In accepting where you are
And these teachings from those who can teach them...

Even if it challenges your ego...
