Monochrome Rainbow

Monochrome Rainbow

A Poem by Indra's Child

How can you create
Such vibrant, rainbow beauty
With the staleness of a monochrome world?
Silver tongue, sing to me-
Dried blood dyes the embroidery.
How is it so easy to see beyond your eyes deception?
Faulty machines, are we.
Yet you can feel what you cannot hold,
Taste what you cannot devour...
Pouring yourself into your mold,
Charging forth with righteous power.
