Interstellar GlassA Poem by Indra's ChildSome depressing s**t.
Your presence is poison,
Your meltdown, inevitable Your ego, to make sure Of your souls' much missed potential You talk about pressure Pain you cause me, misdemeanor Think of only yourself The center of the universe And what am I to you, But a little f*****g comet? Nothing I do will ever be okay enough Nothing I say will you ever appreciate Only asking of a little approval Throw your words at me, but actions show it all I have asked you every day for a sign I guess I only hope that's what I'll find Scream at me all that you want and more Call me an a*****e, annoying, w***e... Tomorrow, this never happened No memory for you to mend Tell yourself it's all my fault Lock your fears within your vault I wish that you could feel The tears, the scars, the fear Instead, I will go I'll punch walls and stone And don't you doubt Your own resound I won't run I am done Freedom Not free Break Me © 2016 Indra's ChildFeatured Review
