The Speck that Permeates the Earth.

The Speck that Permeates the Earth.

A Poem by Lyricalfairydust
"

Dust paragraph challenge.

"
Do you ever wonder what it is that permeates this earth.
Unknown and undiscovered, it leaves us all in question.
Staring deeply up into the sky, looking for an existence that the human eye can not see.
Taunting our every thought, reminding us that we will never really know.
Exciting us with the thought of maybe one day we will discover the truth.
We speak words asking for help, forgiveness, and some mental freedom, to this matter.
Some rely on the unknown for peace and happiness, to be saved from themselves.
Is it an  energy, an alien, or a God?
Is it the wind that comes and goes , that you can feel but not see.
That can touch your skin ever so softly, yet can lift up a house ever so swift.
I believe that it's a bit of soil lifted by the wind, mixed with volcanic eruptions.
A mixture of dead skin cells and pollution, consisting of an array of atmospheric particles.
Nothing but a cloud of fine dry molecules.
Nothing but a speck.

Hi lyrica, I was reading your work. I read the latest 3, found interesting and insightful with varied topics.

This topic and lines intrigued me, I want to add from my view on the same.
I agree with the your final conclusion of soil the dust, yes panchabhooth, the 5 elements soil/dust/earth/land/fire, soil plays an important role, the nation of our soil, that represents our nationality, we treat the our soil as mother. We born with this 5 elements, a single cell organism borns, mixes into the soil as ash when decayed or burnt. With soil we make house food and life of our family. Hence I agree more than God, wind, soil is more capturing primordial thing in 5 of these air, space, water, fire, earth.

Bhoo Vahni vayyuu Gagana ambu vinirmithena.
Tere mitti main miljhawaa ghul banke Khill jhaawaa..
I really like your touch of dry topics with sensitive touch.

With regards,

Loved this, really enjoy your works. I feel like we were in similar places with this challenge word.

Very cool, from the vastness of space to infinitesimally small “motes” of our existence, and everything in between. And still we will never know what it actually is. I like it.

Cleverly considered and birthed, you seem to have found an answer to that challenge, yricafairydust.
I especially like, ' Is it the wind the comes and goes , that you can feel but not see. '

Plus and delightfully, your thoughts go far and wide, including touches of faith and science.

Hope you will read one of my poems or stories when you have time. :)
