a mid-winter dreamA Poem by Undeniable Truth
How much i would love right now to put put my hands around your waist.
look into your eyes and admire your face. kiss your forehead and keep my hold. to never let you go again, even when we're old. I would tell you I love you and remain so strong. because i know that you needed me too all along. i'd lay you down on the bed, watch you fall asleep i'd make sure not to wake you up while i quietly weep. i missed you so much, my love is a flame my heart would skip a beat if i heard your name i'd forget to breathe, and my vision would blur. because i can't handle the pain that losing you has incurred. every day i mentally count, day 3, day 4. waiting until i can countdown to the day i walk through your heart's door. until then, i count up from the day we stopped to speak. because its only day 7 and already i feel week. when i see you again, it will be a happy time. but until then, i ask of you to please wait so as to join your heart with mine. © 2010 Undeniable TruthReviews
