Run Run!

Run run,

beautiful leopard trying to catch its prey,

Hop hop,

little grasshopper trying to find its way,

Crawl crawl,

wise earthworm trying to make its life okay,

Slither slither,

sneaky snake trying to hiss and say,

Swim swim,

tropical fish trying to swim in the bay ,

Fly fly,

cheerful bird chirping during the day,

Howl howl,

lonely wolf at the moon it must bay,

Walk walk,

busy human to get to its job through the subway.

Author's Note

The meaning of this poem was to show that all living creatures have their own rhythm and way of life. But they have do this their own way, and work together in harmony. Nature and man must work together.
