A Tribute to my Dear Uncle

This is for you, my dear uncle. 

You are in Heaven, maybe looking down upon me. 

You are a hero. You sacrificed your life to save two young children in the sea. 

Too bad I never knew you. 

You were very brave and courageous.

 May everyone know what you did. 

I am very proud to be your niece.

You were very kind and generous, my mom tells me, as she never stops talking about you.

You will never die in our hearts.

I love you.

Rest in Peace, my dear uncle.

Author's Note

This is about my uncle who died when he was 28 years old. He was a board sailing coach when he saw 2 of his young students drowning. He rushed in to save them, and he did, but at a cost. He died.
